About this house rental
Newly renovated and recently refreshed 3 bedroom townhouse with community pool and tennis courts right out the back door. We have bunk beds in the den so we can sleep 6 or 7 comfortably In addition we can bring in a queen size blow up mattress
Kitchen is fully stocked with all your needs. There is a covered back patio with electric grill and you are steps from one of 4 pools in the villa. Bedrooms have TV's, cable and WIFI. There is a 2 car garage as well as parking in the driveway for 2 vehicles. The area is very lush and quiet with walking paths. We are also located next to the Arizona Canal Trail where you can go for a scenic bike ride or jog. Minutes away from Scottsdale Fashion Square and several restaurants and bars. Close to all things Spring Training, Camelback Mountain, Old Scottsdale Trolley service and so much more!

I absolutely loved the location of this property! Close to Old town, central to Phoenix, Tempe, North Scottsdale, freeway, grocery stores etc! The canal walking path was the best part! Walked to Old Town multiple times as well as heading the other direction. So convenient amd pretty!
Property felt extremely safe, pool was nice and neighbors were friendly! Only recommendations would be to update towels and bedding.
