Great condo for 4 guests. The owner was very responsive via VRBO site and lock instructions were great. Pots and pans very old/worn and not enough silverware for 4 people. Although obviously cleaned and dry, the white towels were stained/didn’t look clean. Shower curtains in the master bath might need to replaced? (Rusty rings). Loved all the ceiling and portable fans in the unexpected very warm temperatures. AC worked well but there was a very foul odor when we turned it on. The sliding glass door lock was old/broken-not secured. Loved all the available guest parking for our 2 roommates. And the complex was quiet-you have nice neighbors. (But someone left a nasty note on one of the cars accusing my friend of parking on one side-it wasn’t her fault! The prior car next to her parked crooked. Loved being within walking to restaurants and stores and the ballpark!. Thank you for your hospitality-we generally enjoyed our stay!

The condo complex is on the older side and this unit could use an update. Had the basic amenities, but nothing noteworthy. Having A/C units in each bedroom was nice. A few of the bathroom drains were slow and backed up some, which was a little annoying. Pool area was nice, clean and comfortable. Overall value for the price was decent.
