Our place was exactly as described and the staff at Elite was very responsive to any of our questions. I would definitely recommend them and will use them for our next trip to Scottsdale.

Perfect house for our stay for Spring Training! Clean, quiet neighborhood, would absolutely stay here again, wonderful backyard/patio area for morning coffee and evening dinners!

Great location but property needs some deep cleaning and updates. The first cabinet I opened the door fell off. The furniture is cheep and the dresser actually tipped when 2 drawers were open. Garbage disposal and dishwasher filter were filthy and no basic cleaning supplies are provided. Refrigerator filter needs changing and shower is moldy. Duvet covers did not have comforters in them and no blankets on the bed. If you cook the kitchen is lacking some supplies. We had to purchase hot pads and a pizza cutter. The grill brush was also destroyed. We stayed for 3 weeks and had to contact property manager weekly about the garbage pick up. Can is in the back alley and the instructions state to leave it there but garbage company did not go in the alley. We also had some very loud neighbors that made it difficult to enjoy the backyard. This neighborhood seems to have a young demographic of renters.
