About this villa rental
Located 5 minutes from the center of Nîmes by car (without 1 red light!), the villa is nevertheless quiet and not overlooked. The garden is very shaded and there are several relaxation areas. The pool measures 4m by 8m and has an automatic safety cover.
Interior: careful decoration and beautiful volumes. Hammam 2 people.
3 TV, 1 library and 1 video library available.
3 very large bedrooms including a master suite with adjoining bathrooms equipped with new or very recent and comfortable beds: 1 bed 160; 1 bed of 140 and 2 beds of 80 which can be merged into a bed of 160)
An additional bedroom on the mezzanine with sofa bed is actually a TV lounge with a maxi screen to isolate the occupants from the sofa bed. From this room, access to the outdoor roof terrace with a 5-seater garden furniture
There is a conservatory-lounge with games table and board games.
Note: there is 1 mini oven and 1 steam oven in the kitchen but no microwave.

In the other half: 1 swimming pool (electrically closed) with solarium; 3 large garden level terraces; 1 covered summer kitchen with plancha and barbecue and 1 summer dining room for 8 to 12 people; 2 garden lounges, 1 of which is covered with 8 armchairs, 1 shaded double outdoor bed and 1 solarium with 2 sun loungers by the pool; 2 other dining areas in the garden for 4 people.
