We really like it

We stayed in the apartment with my family in December 2025. The location is perfect if you're coming for the skiing. Excellent apartments with good beds, a kitchen and kitchenware. The charming Judith, who manages the apartment, is very professional. We will definitely be back.

A nice, though very expensive, place to stay.

The apartment was clean and suited our needs very well. The host was very nice and accommodating.

The list of instructions and (nickel and diming) charges (paying $4 per trash bag used!) and cleaning (taking the trash out, sweeping after our stay, etc.), in addition to a $400+ cleaning fee (for two nights) seemed excessive.

Superb location. Very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. Great views of the Matterhorn from the living room and one of the bedrooms. Within two minutes walk of the lift to Furri, Schwarzee, Trockener Steg, and the Klein Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. Judith Bauer, the apartment manager was a kind, diligent and superb host. The apartment exceeded our expectations.

Amazing place with a breathtaking view.

The location was great and view was amazing! We had a spectacular view of the Matterhorn from the porch and living room. Every morning, I watched the sun rise on the Matterhorn and watched the color change as the sun reflected offer the mountainside. The place was absolutely amazing. Very spacious. Very nice rooms and two fantastic baths. Heated floors. Every amenity imaginable. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Judith, the property manager, was wonderful. Reached out to ensure we have all the check-in information. Provided wonderful guidance on local areas. Was so incredibly nice! This was an amazing vacation. Cannot provide a higher recommendation. Location was very nice. Right near the lift, equipment rental, and taxi stand. Perfect!

Cannot think of anything I did not like! Everything one could need was provided. They even provided a very nice day pack to use for hiking. Really nothing to be critical about.

Judith is wonderful host! Very responsive and helpful in every way. The apt is beautiful, we'll appointed and in a perfect location for those who love to hike the mountains. And the mountains! OMG! Some of the best hiking we've experienced anywhere! Highly recommend Ari Resort and the area surrounding Zermatt!

A dream come true in Zermatt

Everything was superb and the week we spent here was one of the best vacation times we've ever had. Location, amenity (different from a typical full service hotel, as this is a vacation apartment style accommodation but this is what we wanted) quality, cleanliness, staff... all were what we exactly needed!!

The only thing I didn’t like was that we needed to take the pet plastic bottles to the supermarkets in downtown to recycle them. That’s a town policy and had nothing to do with Ari Resort.

Location is excelent, just a few steps from the gondola. Judith was very helpfull anytime we nedded and the apartment is great. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything looks brand new. I definitely would come back =)

The location was unbelievable. Steps away from skiing. Judith's hospitality was impeccable. She thinking of everything. She has the apartments set to feel like you are coming home after a long day of skiing - has everything, is comfy cozy and just perfection on every level.

Very well equipped kitchen, fantastic view of Matterhorn from the balcony, right next to the lift

No shuttle service to train station, 15 min walk to center of town most restaurants. The beds in the room are not able to be separated so the kids had to share a bed.
