The location. They were just getting the grounds tidy up and doing a good job.
The breakfast was excellent.
Room did had two luggage racks which was a plus
Checked in at 3:30 no one at the desk just an envelope with your name on it. We found the room went back to get the Wi-Fi code. No one around. Next day there was a bell to ring and they did respond to that. The room had a stuffed chair and a bench, no chairs.
