The room was truly beautiful, spotless and comfy and the place just in the centre of Bra, really close to the train station. The views were incredible and everyone was very kind.

역에서 가깝고 왓츠앱으로 도착했다고 하니 주인분이 금방 오심. 아래층에 식당 있음(La Boqueria) 금요일에 앞 주차장 등 여러 곳에 시장이 서 구경하기 재미있음. 채광이 잘 됨. 창이 안쪽 뜰로 향해 있어 조용한데 건물 방음은 안되는 듯하여 어디선가 떠들면 소리가 잘 들림. 와이파이는 약했음. 화장실 밖의 어떤 버튼을-환풍기로 추정- 눌러 소리가 오래 났음- 주의

The apartment itself was nicely decorated. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and near the train and bus stations. The balcony was a great bonus.

While the heatwave is not the fault of the owner, and while I understand air conditioning is not common in Northern Italy, I do think the owner should invest in a few fans. They are cheap and would make a huge difference given the price paid for the accommodation. Additionally, the owners should invest in some windows that insulate from the noise from their bar below. I was also told a cleaning service would be provided halfway through the trip, which did not occur. I feel like this apartment is an afterthought with the focus being on the bar downstairs. The owner said they own another B&B so I imagine they are new to the hospitality business. Please take note, the little things are what make all the difference. (Fan, doing the cleaning you promise, maybe even offering a free coffee in the bar you own...) Wifi needs to be upgraded, too. While there was nothing "wrong" technically (minus the fans), these little things would not encourage me to stay again.
