Apartment exceeded expectation. Very clean, everything provided, lovely thick towels.
Have to give star plus for Bruce. He remembered we both have disability issues and came and helped us take out luggage from the car park area to the apartment.
Only that the bed was a little hard. My wife had to climb up onto it and slide to get down from it.

The chalet was perfect for a family of 4 for the week. Comfy beds and all the comforts needed as a base for the week to explore Cornwall. Well equipped with everything you need, clean and comfortable. Communication and information for booking and arrival were clear and easy to follow. Great value for money, and the location is great to be able to explore Cornwall.

This was a lovely base to explore the places we planned to
the chalet / lodge had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and very comfortable more than expected tbh
it was very clean and the grounds were well looked after no issues lovely host very clear and precise in what to expect all feedback is positive for my stay via the host services .
Very close to parking at the start of the park super easy to find .
Everything you needed was there no issues .
Not the property more the village it’s set in
Slight Negative - WiFi not great or pay £10 a week ( not charged by the hosts ) the park itself
It was nice not to have in a way kept us free from tech a bit more ( screen time definitely down )
the actual park had a shop
but nothing else no bars or areas to socialise in ( there was an area that looked closed off maybe for regeneration that maybe at some point been a bar of some kind )
Host makes you aware of this also .
