Everything needed for an enjoyable, comfortable stay provided. We would like to visit again.

Only that the bed was a little hard. My wife had to climb up onto it and slide to get down from it.

Perfectly equipped home from home to explore Cornwall

The chalet was perfect for a family of 4 for the week. Comfy beds and all the comforts needed as a base for the week to explore Cornwall. Well equipped with everything you need, clean and comfortable. Communication and information for booking and arrival were clear and easy to follow. Great value for money, and the location is great to be able to explore Cornwall.

Lovely Base for exploring Cornwall .

This was a lovely base to explore the places we planned to the chalet / lodge had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and very comfortable more than expected tbh it was very clean and the grounds were well looked after no issues lovely host very clear and precise in what to expect all feedback is positive for my stay via the host services . Very close to parking at the start of the park super easy to find . Everything you needed was there no issues .

Not the property more the village it’s set in Slight Negative - WiFi not great or pay £10 a week ( not charged by the hosts ) the park itself It was nice not to have in a way kept us free from tech a bit more ( screen time definitely down ) the actual park had a shop but nothing else no bars or areas to socialise in ( there was an area that looked closed off maybe for regeneration that maybe at some point been a bar of some kind ) Host makes you aware of this also .

Lovely Chalet for a break away

The chalet was value for money, would 100% go there again for a break away and to relax.

The facilities were not open like they said however it has nothing to do with the owner of the chalet, it's down to the staff on site.

-Location -friendly atmosphere holiday park -quiet

-Teflon pan badly scratched and only 1 pan - bedrooms a bit musky (seemed to come from cupboard) -on booking should be more obvious that no bedsheets, towels etc. -proposed check-in time quite late (at the end we could have gone in earlier but you can't guaranty that so we didn't plan for that)

Good location to commute from. Perfect hub for families. Good value for money

It was a very clean family friendly lodge. Very useful kitchen which was equipped with everything you needed which saved space in the car with not needing to bring anything with you. Park at clubhouse was a favourite with my two children. Visited lappa valley, camel creek, newquay zoo all easy to commute to.

Tv should be smart allowing families to log in to own smart apps to give option of more tv channels in the evening.

Lovely,clean chalet. We found everything we needed in there to make ourselves relaxed and comfortable. Beds very comfortable, I can not remember when I had such a deep sleep. Same for children, they were sleeping until 9.30 on some days. Chalet in very quiet location, close to lovely beaches- closest we found was only 10 min drive away. Padstow itself lovely litlle town(. Rick Stain's restaurant and chippy in there and many other restaurants and shops) Loved the place and had a great, relaxing holiday.

Only thing that I did not like was that we had to go home 😉, everything else was great.

Great stay

The accommodation was surprisingly spacious with lots of storage space. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms cosy. It was spotlessly clean and warm. The kitchen was well equipped with all the appliances you’d hope for.

The only slight criticism is the sofa is a bit uncomfortable but as it’s a sofa bed it’s to be expected and we were out most of the time this so wasn’t really an issue for us.

Excellent relaxing week--just what we needed after this Covid nuisance.

The property was in our view excellent, clean, all facilities great location at the back of the Park, if I was to chose the location of the chalet this one would take some beating. It was quiet and we both enjoyed a relaxing week. Simon gave us all the info we needed--thanks. TV reception good--heating good comfy bed--great.

Took me a few days to find the best location for the Wi- fi , but this was only a very minor hiccup--Simon let your guests know that by the clubhouse is good for Wi-fi, but I was pleased that I was not bothered constantly with junk E-Mails so not picking them daily up proved a good bonus.

Such a lovely place for a holiday.

Such a lovely clean well kept chalet number 114 would definitely recommend we loved it from start to finish. So accessible to everywhere perfect spot. Staff great Simon couldn’t do enough for us. Would definitely use here again. There was a shop on site that had everything you needed & laundry & club house were good. Couldn’t recommend enough 👏🏻😊

WiFi not amazing but was nice to strip back & not have as much but was fine down at reception & club house so couldn’t say fairer than that. 😊

Disappointing

Very clean lovely bathroom

Unfortunately we had to leave early due to people in the chalet 152 arrived and got very drunk and playing loud music and as we had to be up early we weren’t going to get any sleep so had no choice but to leave as couldn’t take the risk driving tired . This disappointing 2 children who. wanted to go to bar and play pool as we had done every evening so very disappointed.

Absolutely brilliant, management are definitely an exemplar in dealing with covid. Safety at this time was my main concern before going and I give them 10 out of 10 for how they operate during this difficult time. Totally put my mind at ease. The place itself was fantastic and faultless. Nice and warm and spacious with everything you need.
