About this apartment rental

Old Mallorcan pagés house, located on a rustic estate of approximately 20 quarters (140,000 m2)
dedicated to agriculture and livestock. Restored from the year 2000, it consists of three apartments, the house of l'amo, l'estable petit and sa soll, with independent entrance and terrace. All apartments are completely separated from the main house occupied by the owners. Community area, WIFI access and pool.
The houses of Son Ramonet Petit are located south-east of the island of Mallorca, within the municipality of Felanitx, in the area of Son Negre and very close to the district of Cas Concos dels Cavallers. The tranquility is guaranteed with views of the mountain of the monastery of San Salvador and the castle of Santueri. In the surroundings of the house we find different paths for walking on foot or by bicycle. At 2km. We have the town of Felanitx and 12Km. the fishing village of Porto Colom. In this part of the island it is also worth noting the Santanyi area with its beaches (natural park of Cala Mondragó) and the entire coast that goes from Cap Salines to Punta d'Amer, which includes the natural park of the island of Cabrera and numerous virgin beaches.

Wir hatten eine herrliche Woche bei Margalida und Jordi! Das Grundstück und die gesamte Anlage sind wunderschön. Es liegt abgelegen und schön ruhig, der Pool ist herrlich erfrischend und besonders die Kinder haben ihn sehr genossen. Margalida und Jordi sind herzliche Gastgeber, die viele Tipps parat haben. Vielen Dank auch für die Zucchini und die Aprikosenmarmelade aus dem Garten! :) Man ist schnell in Felanitx und auch für andere Orte der Insel hat man einen guten Ausgangspunkt. Insgesamt absolut zu empfehlen!

Wir haben hier zehn sehr erholsame Tage verbracht. Nach einer etwas längeren Suche haben wir ein wunderschön gestaltetes Bauernhaus vorgefunden. Alles war geschmackvoll, schlicht, sauber und persönlich her gerichtet. Räder, Tischtennisplatte, Grill, ... alles war da und konnte von uns benutzt werden. Der Vermieter stand mit guten Tipps zur Seite und war sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Unsere Kinder haben sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt. Egal ob auf dem Hof, der Spielscheune oder dem Pool. Für sie steht das nächste Urlaubsziel fest ;-) Für uns alle war es rund um gelungen und (wer es gerne "einsam" mag...) wir können es nur empfehlen! Vielen Dank noch einmal an Jordi und seine Familie.
