About this house rental
Margarita Cas Concos is a former farmhouse, built on a rural village property with 3 houses near the small village of Cas Concos.
The house is built and furnished in traditional country style. From the entrance you enter directly the open living room. The kitchen has a dining table and access to the terrace. Furthermore, the EC has a bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite. The other two bedrooms, each equipped with 2 single beds, are located upstairs and share a bathroom. On the terrace there is a covered BBQ dining area. There is an outside bathroom with toilet and shower and a laundry room with washing machine. A little higher behind the terrace of wirklcih beautiful pool area begins with lawns. The pool has a size of 12 x 5 meters splendid swimming fun. Since the range of some steps can be reached and fenced, you can use to request the gate as a child safety for smaller children.

Property was spotlessly clean, well equipped and great central location. Owner lived in adjacent property and was very friendly, welcoming and accomodation. Only downside was the mosquitos were in abundance, probably to be expected in the depths of the countryside.

Die Unterkunft war top. Da wir super Wetter hatten, haben wir die meiste Zeit draussen verbracht. Der Pool lädt zum verweilen ein, wir haben immer unser Apero am Pool gemacht. Haben das Frühstück und das Abendessen draussen auf der Terasse oder beim Grillhaus eingenommen. Wir haben die Ruhe und die ländliche Umgebung sehr genossen. Die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet. Die Betten sind okay..
Die Vermieter ist sehr freundlich.
Gerne kommen wir wieder.

We had a great stay at the villa for one week. First the good sides:The villa is well located and within an easy drive to several stunning beaches.The local village is cute and a 2 min drive away with a bakery and supermarket.The outside area is lovely in the villa and there are several sunbeams and nice outdoor dining areas.We met the owner Margarita who lives in the adjacent property. Unfortunately she didn’t speak any english so we couldn’t really communicate with her.We had a few issues with the company that manages the property. They are the ones you communicate with, not the owner.The first and most minor was not having the wifi password for a few days. The 5G is very spotty in the countryside. The management company was not good at getting back to us. The second issue was the AC is on a timer and if you like to sleep in past 6am… you wake up sweaty in the bigger upstairs bedroom! We asked for the timer to be adjusted a little later several times but received no help from the management company.The biggest downside for us was there was no pool cleaning until the day we left!! This made the pool unusable the last three days of a week long stay as it was so windy the pool was filthy. We were told the pool cleaner comes once every three days which did not happen. As it was a hot week and we are on summer holidays, this was such a let down and we’ll be taking it up with the management company.
