Rooms all good size, plenty of terrace space, pool facilities very good with inflatables etc.
Short programmes on dishwasher and washing machine very helpful
1. Upstairs bathroom very tight on space and really bathroom/shower facilities very inadequate for 9 adults
2. Pool loungers very uncomfortable without covers/mattresses
3. More clarity required on bin/refuse disposal - particularly for non Italians - bags should be provided for duration of stay
4. Electricity tariff excessive for 9 adults with Air Conditioning necessary st height of summer and continual use of washing machine due to the heat too

Beautiful house and garden and swimming pool
The swimming pool is not secure so children can easily wander in there. This is very dangerous. The charge for electricity is very excessive. Expect a bill of €600 for all the extras. And for that they didn’t even make the beds. And the beds are very uncomfortable.
