Stunning lakeside apartment with beautiful views and great amenities.

An incredible view of the lake from the living room and bedroom window! The apartment was stunning and clean. Both the sofa bed and bedroom bed were comfortable. Coffee pods provided for a lovely espresso to watch the morning sun and lakeside out of the window :)

Out of the control of the hosts there is quite a lot of noise from the busy crowds of holiday makers and locals outside! The pros outweigh the cons, would recommend earplugs

Brilliant location, great value for money. It was easy to find. We had a wedding near Trevignano so stayed here for a night. Coming from Rome where we had paid a lot more for a hotel, this was a pleasant find and nice and quiet away from it all.

No air con just a ceiling fan. Not a huge issue but would have been more comfortable in summer to have air con. There were some people out by the water front in the hotel early hours in the morning making some noise, but we had got back quite late anyway so wasn't a problem and obviously wasn't the host's fault. Communication could have been a little better as we didn't get the code for the lock box until just before we arrived, plus I had to chase this.

Very far from train station, but there is a bus to the station. Location is beautiful and worth the distance from the train station. Highly recommend.

Sicuramente la posizione: apri la finestra ed hai il lago davanti a te! In 3 minuti sei a passeggiare sul lago, goderti un tramonto e approfittare delle diverse possibilità per mangiare/bere proprio sotto “casa” Pulito, luminoso, ben tenuto. Menzione di merito al proprietario che è stato reattivo e disponibile ad ogni messaggio, Grazie mille a nome delle mie zie

Quel posto dove vai in vacanza e senti casa,ti senti a casa….. Tutto fantastico,partendo dall’appartamento,pulizia,luogo dove si trova,vista lago, per non parlare del personale che gestisce e che c’è dietro questa struttura, direi famiglia,e non sto esagerando,prima di essere host sono persone fantastiche con un cuore grande,solari,sorridenti,ogni qualsiasi richiesta gli viene fatta fanno davvero del tutto pur di fare ciò che gli viene chiesto,ogni vostro bisogno o desiderio viene esaudito….. Non a caso ogni anno io e la mia famiglia torniamo qui in vacanza, perché questo è il nostro nido d’amore,quel posto che sentiamo casa,quel posto dove vai a dormire felice e ti svegli altrettanto felice e appagata….. Perfetto in tutto e per tutto All’anno prossimo ragazzi,con tutto il cuore!!!!!

L'appartamento è molto pulito e accogliente. La cucina è ben attrezzata e la zona giorno è spaziosa e luminosa. La camera è confortevole e la vista lago che si può godere dalle finestre è mozzafiato!

Meraviglioso

La posizione è eccellente La casa guarda direttamente sul Lago di Bracciano Si trova a due passi a piedi da bar, ristoranti, il lungo lago, la spiaggia, il centro storico di Anguillara Aprire le finestre al mattino e contemplare il Lago non ha prezzo. La casa è silenziosa Il letto comodo C'è tutto quello che occorre anche per cucinare se non si vuole mangiare fuori

una nota negativa è il parcheggio, tutta la zona è a pagamento. Per fortuna però lo abbiamo trovato sempre di fronte casa. Se dovessi dare un suggerimento all'host migliorerei solo la colazione (oppure toglierla inclusa nel prezzo) perché trovare 2 cornetti e fette biscottate imbustate devo dire che non è il massimo. A parte questa piccola cosa CI SIAMO SENTITI A CASA GRAZIE

Alloggio curatissimo, posto incantevole, weekend rilassante.

Un piacevole soggiorno in questa casa graziosa e tenuta con grande cura, perfetta per rilassarsi, anche per la scelta dei colori. Panorama unico con la vista del lago con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Gentilissimo il proprietario, facilissimo l'accesso da remoto. Anguillara un vero gioiello!
