The apartment is located very close to the city center, making it easy to reach most destinations on foot. An underground parking garage is available, which was very convenient. The staff were extremely helpful, always ready to assist and happy to answer any questions. The apartment is well equipped with everything needed for cooking, including good-quality pans, cutlery, and other essentials. One of the highlights was the beautiful mountain view directly from the balcony. All rooms are equipped with TVs with Apple TV functionality, which was a great bonus. Good quality bed linen, blankets and pillows A small downside is that it can be noisy at night during the snow-making season, as there is a nearby snow farm with large vehicles operating overnight. When we arrived, the apartment was very warm (around +25°C), but the staff responded quickly and helped normalize the temperature. Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent staff support and a great location.

Some of the furniture has seen better days and could benefit from refurbishment. In several places, the corners of the walls were damaged, and parts of the laminate flooring had lifted, likely due to moisture. The bathroom fan was not working, and the kitchen extractor hood was vented into a cupboard rather than outside the apartment, which reduced its effectiveness. Addressing these maintenance and ventilation issues would significantly improve overall comfort and quality.

Location was close to everything Comfortable size rooms

Only had 2 rolls or toilet paper for 4 people for 4 nights. Sensor lights in entrance hallway stairs switches off before you can leave. Kitchen area and stairs too dark. I lost my parking card they wanted euro for replacement-which was un reasonable, Replacements and damaged should be written in contracts not verbally quoted. Beams are low in certain areas. Previous damages should also be noted.
