House in Old Town, on 2 floors with large balcony overlooking the castle and river view. The ground floor consists of a large kitchen / living room, bathroom and double bedroom with added single bed. The second floor consists of two double bedrooms with large bathroom. The house is 100 m from the Villa Comunale and the main square of the country and a few minutes walk from the Castle.

Our stay at La Casa del Borgo, Brienza was exceptional... Felice was so kind to make sure that we found the apartment and parking. He had even stocked it with most needs, as well as snacks and fresh baked cake. It is well appointed for our use, really clean and so comfortable. It was perfect for our needs to enjoy the community while researching Italian heritage in nearby towns. Highly recommend this accommodation for anyone. Thanks, Felice.
