Aqualea at the Hyatt Residence is an exclusive luxury condo destination. This fantastic 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom unit is the perfect place to make your home away from home.
Private elevator whisks you up to your 5th floor unit 'elevator doors open into your foyer'.
This spacious open floor plan condo has it all with its large living room with flat screen TV, to the modern kitchen, dining table that seats 6 guests and 3 en suite bedrooms all generous in size and all with their own flat screen TV’s. There also is an extra half bathroom and even a wet bar with sink and wine cooler.
The Clearwater Beach and Beach Walk are right across the street from the condo. The condo is so close to all the activities on the beach, from the marina to Pier 60. Each about a 5 min walk.
Magnificent nightly sunsets are the perfect ending to your vacation days on the beach.
HOUSE RULES and Special requirements:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must be one of the occupants.
Monthly Minimum Rentals. 'No Broken Months allowed'
14 Days advance booking normally required for Association approval
Lease application to be completed along with payment of the $100.00 application fee after booking has been approved.
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
No Pets 'Strictly enforced by the Condo Association'
No Parties.
No Trailers.
Check-in is after 4pm
Check-out is before 10am
This spacious condo has a large living room with flat screen TV.
Beautiful wet bar with sink and wine cooler.
Generous kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances with breakfast bar seating for 3 guests. In addition, it has all the modern conveniences of home which makes it the perfect place to create a family meal.
There is seating for 6 at the dining room table which has access to the balcony.
Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom.
The master bed room is large. It has a king size bed and access to the balcony with water view. There is an attached master bathroom that has a garden tub, his and hers sinks, a private lavatory and a spacious tile shower with tile bench.
1st guest room has queen bed with flat screen TV, view of the water and attached bathroom with large vanity and walk in shower.
2nd guest bedroom has queen bed with flat screen TV, a small terrace balcony, and attached bathroom with tub / shower combo.
3rd guest bedroom has queen bed with flat screen TV and attached bathroom

This unit has its own private elevator and designated parking spaces.
