Great place! Very roomy and comfortable, and wonderful views from the balcony (we saw manatees!). The supplies for the pool and the beach were useful, and the kitchen was very well-stocked with a large supply of glassware, pans, Pyrex-style storage containers, etc. for any cooking you want to do. Location was convenient too - it was a very short walk to the beach and several local restaurants. If we come back to Clearwater we would definitely stay here again!

Host was very responsive to any concerns we brought up both before our arrival and once we were there. It was an added bonus that they had such an array of beach and pool items to choose from as well!

We took our daughter, son-in-law law and 3 small grandchildren. Great location for walking to the pier, restaurants near by and the beach only a 5minute walk .Shawn was very responsive to all questions. The apartment was stocked with essentials. Beach towels were provided, the locker by the pool had everything you’d need for the beach. Multiple beach umbrellas, lots of beach chairs and a wagon to take everything to the beach in.The pool was great, multiple times we were the only ones in the pool.I would highly recommend .
