About this house rental
This superbly located apartment is a 12 minute stroll to the famous Villamartin Plaza with its fabulous restaurants, shops and bars. The property is beautifully furnished to cater for your every need and is set in a quiet community. There is a large lounge and dining area with TV with English channels and free wi-fi, 1 double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, 1 twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes. There are doors leading onto balcony from both bedrooms where you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of Spain. The apartment comes with air conditioning cold or hot in the lounge.
The property is also only an 13 minute walk to the Villamartin Golf course and within easy reach of the Royal Campoamor and Las Ramblas courses with many others less than 15min drive.
Blue flag beaches are located at La Zenia, Cabo Roig just a short drive from the villa. Car hire is recommended if you want to travel around, however, there is a bus service from the Plaza which will take you to La Zenia Beach or the Boulevard.
If shopping is your thing Zenia Boulevard shopping center is just for you not only giving you an array of clothes shops but many coffee shops, bars and a whole floor dedicated to eating out which is open late into the night. The Boulevard very often has entertainment and is well worth a visit.
The Valencian region has introduced a new law where property rentals in this region are no longer allowed to rent out for more than 10 days, if you book for longer you will not be protected as the rental will not be legal.

€70 is payable on arrival for clean and laundry.
A €15 surcharge applies for arrivals 8.00pm to 10.00pm. €25 will apply for arrivals after 10.00pm.
Arrival is after 2.00pm and departure before 10.00am unless other arrangements have been made.

La casa está muy bien, completa y con todo lo necesario.
La limpieza muy mal, te piden pagar por limpieza especial por el covid, y no es así, la casa llevaba cerrada tiempo, y los cubiertos cocina y muebles de bocina y su interior no lo habían limpiado, solo las sábanas y toallas, y no creo q a más 60 grados, no ojos bien tampoco, no Suavizante, lo digo, porque es algo que venden en este anuncio y no es así. Los balcones y suelos de estos sucios de estar cerrado.
Y por otro lado, la TV no tenía canales en español, avisando de ello, y al tercer día, entró la propietaria sin avisar con sus llaves estando fuera nosotros, para poner canales en español, pedimos compensación y no contesto.
No habla español nada la propietaria.
Las playas genial, calas y demás.. Es tranquilo.
Pero como digo, parecía que estábamos fuera de España, tanto por bares restaurantes y demás.
