Enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
We dachten dat de afstandsbediening van de tv nieuwe batterijen nodig had, maar er werd gelijk een spiksplinternieuwe tv opgehangen.
Elke dag een dikke glimlach.

The room is always clean for the most part each time I have stayed. I continue to come back because of the convince and low season price.
Having to request pillows and they not having pillows or extra pillows for people with health needs that require pillows

Very friendly & helpfull staff. Pool only gets partial sun through the day in March. It's a good hotel but getting a little tired and could do with a refresh. There seemed to be only a few guests & hot water for the shower took a little time to come through. There was no safe in the room, but there were deposit boxes at reception, at no extra charge. The location may for some be a little further away from the busier parts of Pattaya. This is good in the respect that noise is not an issue.
Nothing really not to like for me, could just do with a little refresh.

"7 minutes walk from Soi Buakhao, the room is cheap (750 thb in high season) and spacious, the staff is very friendly and nice. The hotel is not fancy but not expensive, so you get what you pay for."
