Great spot for few days. A couple hiccups but still lovely part of Brazil

Nice boat options. Great pool and free paddle/kayak. Garden suite was nice. Friendly staff.

Superior family room needs modernising. Windows didn’t close properly, so noisy once other people were up. Garden room had quite a damp smell after loads of rain. There was a blackout and felt staff could have been more informative or helpful with options as had no food/or way to get phones charged. Food could be improved portions too big and too many options so quality suffered a bit

Good location and friendly staff

Well furnished, just by the water with nice views. Friendly and welcoming staff, very available. Kayaking is free, and also cycle rental is free. Can discover the little islands by kayaking. Breakfast was abundant.

During our stay, they were renovating, so there was some noise. Unfortunately, the room smelt dump despite them trying to fix it with an air purifier. The restaurant not so great, but we are in Brazil where food is hit and miss.

Our stay was truly an unforgettable experience

The resort was fantastic. It was well equipped with pool, sauna, pool table, many activities. The food at the resurgent was great and the service was even better. Our room got upgraded to the Casa and it made the stay an unforgettable experience!

The hotel is located directly at the sea, wonderful scenery and very convenient for boat trips to Ilha Grande! The buffet diner was delicious and a huge breakfast buffet!

we had 2 rooms, No 7 (family room) in the main building is very nuce, big and has ocean view. However, the room B was right next to the house where the oxygen bottles were refilled for the divers - it was very loud!! also the room is very small and for us it was hard to close the door properly

Lovely place

Absolutely gorgeous place! Rooms were decent but ordinary, but the location, view, staff and food/drinks made it for me. Will definitely stay again.

Boat trip was overrated. I was disappointed- main boat was unavailable so they used an alternative lower end uncomfortable boat. No comfort, only offered water and fruits - no else to enhance the experience available on the boat.

Wonderful place for family visits to Angra dos Reis, highly recommended!

The staff is very helpful and always positive, I genuinely loved everyone I met working there! A big plus for families with kids! Breakfast is wonderful, simple but very satisfying. The hotel views are marvelous. Kaiaking to nearby Bonfim Church is a must, takes only one hour and kids love it! The fridge is gigantic for a hotel, and the room kitchen gives it a look of a boat, for those used to sail.

Some of the rustic wood pegs for hanging the towels in the room are losing their grip on the wall, should be a simple fix!

The location is fabulous - staff is very helpful and friendly - the suite 13 is fantastic.

To be sincere I did not like the meals. I tried harder everyday but no way, pasta is over cooked, steaks are as hard as wood, fried fish is tastelessness and they all taste the same. The salads are not nice, the sauce is not good. I do think that the cooks have no preparation and that all food is deep frozen and used a lot of microwave which turns the food into wood.

the port that they have to jump into the sea is beautiful. you can stay into de sea swimming the whole day . it is really calm nice but a part from that . nothing

I think is was good but now it is old so everything smells weird . it is really expensive for the experience just to have the sea next by . but the rooms are not really nice . the sheets were smelly really smelly and the rooms it is for a family not for couples . but the sea is awesome

God started making paradise in ANGRA! The hotel is right in the middle of it, BUT WATCH FOR MILDEW!

HERE IS A GOOD HINT ABOUT JAMANTA INN: Go for the flats. NEVER FOR THE SUITES! The suites have absolutely NO WINDOWS! The entire room smells like mildew. Even my clothes got smelly after that. Despite the fact the location rocks and the staff is really friendly and all, in my case I had terrible nights due to my breathing problems. I went there for my Honeymoon, but it seems like nobody cared about it, although I had communicated with them months in advance. There are tours going to the millions of islands this paradisiac place has to offer. They leave the hotel and some of these tours can take you to at least three or four island per day. BEACHES! BEACHES GALORE! White sand, dark sand, blue sea water, green sea water: you choose it; YOU WILL FIND IT IN ANGRA! If you like diving, seafood, restaurant by the beach (actually AT THE BEACH!) forest near the sea, and astonishing scenarios you're going to the RIGHT PLACE: ANGRA DOS REIS!

THE SUITES! I definitely did not like the fact that the place has only a glassy door, which you must cover it with curtains, otherwise people will see whatever you are doing in your room. These doors, for some reason, do not look very safe at all and my room in particular was very near the entrance, which turned my RED ALERT on. But worst of all is the fact that the suites DO NOT HAVE ANY WINDOW WHATSOEVER!!! Once you leave the room to go to anyplace in this paradise, but when you return mildew will have taken over your bed, pillows, clothes, you name it! If you are asthmatic like I am, you will have a terrible night. So GO FOR THE BIG FLATS! They even have kitchen inside, windows and everything. Some of them are right in front of the sea. The problem is that booking ANYTHING in this inn is like winning the lotto alone five times in a row!

Outstanding staff with convenient amenities

They have pretty much everything you need, including in house restaurant, boat tours, and other amenities (Parking, kayak, bikes, sauna, pool, all with no additional cost). Food and tours are very convenient leaving from the property and priced reasonably compared to other local competitors. Additionally, the staff is outstanding. From the bartender to the managers, they all get out of their way to make your stay pleasant.

We had a minor leak in our bathroom and the cleanliness on bedroom corners and under the bed could be improved. All minor details that didn’t impact our stay at all but those are the reasons why my rating is not 10. I’d stay there again and recommend it to others, regardless.

Gostei muito dos funcionários, todos extremamente educados e atenciosos. Destaque especial para a moça do bar, hiper, mega simpática, que fez toda a diferença na experiência. A localização é excelente, a região é maravilhosa e a pousada em si é simplesmente encantadora.

De ter ido embora. Quando a gente está em um lugar tão bom assim, a última coisa que dá vontade é sair.
