Amamos el lugar, las instalaciones y la de hacer actividades náuticas y descansar.
Es la 3ra vez que venimos y sentimos que decayó mucho la atención.
Primero no dan a basto con grupos grandes y había un grupo de más de 20 nadadores, por ende no había tranquilidad ni personal atento a los detalles porque estaban sobrepasados.
Tuvimos un incidente con la limpieza que nos dejó una sensación muy amarga. Nos dieron la habitación y en el tacho había quedado un forro usado. Fuimos a avisar y en vez de resolver tan simple como limpiar el tacho fuimos cuestionados con miles de preguntas pelotudas acerca del tema.
Ojalá que puedan volver a tener más gente al servicio de los huéspedes y que pueda estar más atenta y feliz en su ambiente laboral, eso era lo más hermoso de la posada.

The hotel has exquisite views, gorgeous spaces and cozy ambiance. The staff go on and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. They even looked after my luggage for days while I went to the Great island.
Food was superb as well.

Nice boat options. Great pool and free paddle/kayak. Garden suite was nice. Friendly staff.
Superior family room needs modernising. Windows didn’t close properly, so noisy once other people were up. Garden room had quite a damp smell after loads of rain. There was a blackout and felt staff could have been more informative or helpful with options as had no food/or way to get phones charged. Food could be improved portions too big and too many options so quality suffered a bit
