While the owner and I did not share the same language (English/Croatian), she was very welcoming and friendly.
The room was lovely and it had great facilities and a gorgeous view.
The best part was the amazing terrace, right on the beautiful sea front with plentiful deck chairs and umbrellas.
The town was also delightful and had some great restaurants nearby.
My room had an external bathroom which required a key which was slightly inconvenient but not the end of the world! :)

Guesthouse is situated just by the see. You can go directly from your room to the sea. It's the shortest way to the see which I have ever seen in my life.
The pictures of the hotel on the booking.com shows kitchen. But kitchen is available just if you've booked appartment. All other types of accommodation in the guesthouse don't have kitchen.
