Just awful, we left after one night and the owner illegally kept our cash deposit and will not refund any of the money f
Nothing it was dated dark and depressing
The location is a long way from both the beach and any shops or restaurants, it is in a crowded residential area squeezed between other tall buildings. It is dated and facilities very basic. The owner was unhelpful, aggressive and thoroughly unpleasant.

No value for a lot of money
Extremely spartanic - kitchen, furniture - nowhere near the pictures on the website. Descriptipn said hotelapartments at the sea/beach with beachbar. Far from everything when you are not traveling by car. The only positive was the pool. Says 3 star place - doesn’t even meet 1 star level - very expensive for this low standard. All in all a very negative experiencr

poor maintained and overpriced
price was enormous related to the room size and the way it was equipped and maintained, only the absolut necessary equipment was there at the end of the stay additional cost for electricity (air condition) had to be payed it was the highest electricity bill I have ever paid (1 EUR per 1 kWh) explanation for this extra fee was according to the host a motivation to the guest to save energy but this seems not to apply to the host himself, the freezer was broken and was not repaired (freezer door for was missing and not replaced) all the additional cost for parking, electricity and washing machine was not included on the official invoice and was just written on a paper (is this legal and in accordance to the Italian law / tax?) i have never been in an Appartment which such a negative relation between what you pay and what you get for it

Accomodation in Pietra Ligure
Staff was very nice (but the previous communication via booking app seemed to be unprofessional). Two pools.
The accomodation was quite far from the beach, we did not find it very suitable for a family with a baby. Late check in was not possible, you have to strictly arrive between 4 pm and 7 pm which was a trouble for us as our flight was rescheduled - I contacted the accomodation that we will arrive about 9-10 pm and we were advised to book a night in a different hotel..... (which was not very pleasant especially when travelling with a baby). Rooms are very small. Although we knew all these condtions in advance, for these reasons we would never retourn.

We adored this place! The owners were very helpful with everything, the apartment was so comfortable and clean and a nice view. It was in the hills a little way from the gorgeous town and beach but it was quiet and beautiful. We hated to leave. The pool area was so special. We got gorgeous afternoon sun and no wind so we were able to swim every late afternoon . This is a gem of a place. The owner makes croissants every morning, lots of special attention here, we will come back!!!
