Nothing it was dated dark and depressing

The location is a long way from both the beach and any shops or restaurants, it is in a crowded residential area squeezed between other tall buildings. It is dated and facilities very basic. The owner was unhelpful, aggressive and thoroughly unpleasant.

No value for a lot of money

Extremely spartanic - kitchen, furniture - nowhere near the pictures on the website. Descriptipn said hotelapartments at the sea/beach with beachbar. Far from everything when you are not traveling by car. The only positive was the pool. Says 3 star place - doesn’t even meet 1 star level - very expensive for this low standard. All in all a very negative experiencr

poor maintained and overpriced

price was enormous related to the room size and the way it was equipped and maintained, only the absolut necessary equipment was there at the end of the stay additional cost for electricity (air condition) had to be payed it was the highest electricity bill I have ever paid (1 EUR per 1 kWh) explanation for this extra fee was according to the host a motivation to the guest to save energy but this seems not to apply to the host himself, the freezer was broken and was not repaired (freezer door for was missing and not replaced) all the additional cost for parking, electricity and washing machine was not included on the official invoice and was just written on a paper (is this legal and in accordance to the Italian law / tax?) i have never been in an Appartment which such a negative relation between what you pay and what you get for it

Accomodation in Pietra Ligure

Staff was very nice (but the previous communication via booking app seemed to be unprofessional). Two pools.

The accomodation was quite far from the beach, we did not find it very suitable for a family with a baby. Late check in was not possible, you have to strictly arrive between 4 pm and 7 pm which was a trouble for us as our flight was rescheduled - I contacted the accomodation that we will arrive about 9-10 pm and we were advised to book a night in a different hotel..... (which was not very pleasant especially when travelling with a baby). Rooms are very small. Although we knew all these condtions in advance, for these reasons we would never retourn.

We adored this place! The owners were very helpful with everything, the apartment was so comfortable and clean and a nice view. It was in the hills a little way from the gorgeous town and beach but it was quiet and beautiful. We hated to leave. The pool area was so special. We got gorgeous afternoon sun and no wind so we were able to swim every late afternoon . This is a gem of a place. The owner makes croissants every morning, lots of special attention here, we will come back!!!

Lovely and comfortable stay

Excellent place to stay in Pietro Ligure: two separate pools (one for everyone, including children, for noisy activities, and another one for pure relaxation with stunning view on the hills), nice terrace for family lunches, surrounded by trees and flowers, parking upon request, fast and reliable Wi/Fi (I was able to work, when needed, without interruptions), nice bar downstairs with coffee and wine, and lovely hosts. Separate thank you to Mariangela and her husband for hospitality and for working hard to make the place so comfortable!

Very nice appartment, very clean , family and dog friendly. Also the hosts are super nice , very engaged and supportive. We also liked the 2 pool areas and it was convinient to order the breakfast. Also without a parking reservation it was possible to park the car .

Wonderfull stay!

We had a wonderfull stay! We had chosen the smallest appartment (for 2 people) but it was perfect for us. Everything we needed was there (also in the kitchen). Towels were also there in the bathroom. In the fridge also a small freezer part. Airco was also there. You have to pay if you want to use it but we used it a lot and it’s approximately 1€ per day. There is a paper form at the reception where you can fill in what kind of bread/croissants etc. you want from the bakery for the next day. Very convenient so you don’t need to go to the bakery (in town) yourself in the morning and have fresh bread. We also had our own parking place behind the gate. The gate is always closed so the car is safe and you get a key so you can always go out. The swimming pool is nice and of a good size. The city centre is about 20 min. walk. The city i nice with some small streets. A very nice restaurant is Locanda Nelli!! Not too expensive and very good food! Beach is about 15 min. walk. Environment of the appartment is quite. The owner is very nice! She helped us with everything we needed and she prepared coffee, drinks at the bar etc. She is very responsible and takes care of everything so well as she wants you to have a good stay at her place.

There are almost only private beaches (you have to rent a bed there for app. €25 per bed) and during our stay there was not 1 bed available. Cause we had to book it weeks in advance apparently.

Soggiorno piacevole, merito dei proprietari, ci tornerò sicuramente

Posizione ottima, vicino alla spiaggia e comoda da raggiungere sia a piedi(10 minuti), sia con la macchina. La colazione ottima, al nostro arrivo la proprietaria ci ha chiesto le nostre preferenze, è stata super gentile e disponibile oltre che molto accogliente. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e con un balcone vista mare bellissimo. Le due piscine erano pulite, tranquille e con un panorama bellissimo sia sul mare sia sulle montagne.

Отдыхали в августе 2025 года семьей из 4х человек номер 26. Все очень понравилось! Хозяйка очень приветлива, всегда отзывчива и готова помочь в любом вопросе. В тоже время было ощущение полной приватности. Апартаменты были удобны в расположении, функциональны и по итальянский красивы. Большая терраса с шикарным видом, пальмами и красивыми растениями вокруг. В номере есть все необходимое для приготовления обеда или ужина. Горячая вода, wi-fi, парковка. Мы остались всем довольны, рекомендуем 100%!

De ligging.

In de beschrijving stond vermeld dat het appartement beschikt over airconditioning en handdoeken/ beddengoed. Er stond echter niet bij dat hiervoor betaald moest worden. De airco werd apart berekend 150,00 euro extra en we kregen per persoon 2 handdoeken. Je kon deze omwisselen voor 6 euro per 2 handdoeken. (Een badlaken en een kleine handdoek)

Zlé ubytovanie a katastrofálna majiteľka - POZOR NA PENIAZE - skontrolujte si platby za Váš pobyt!

Nič!

Zlé parkovanie! Parkovacie miesta sú pre staré malé talianske fiatky, nie pre rozmery súčasných áut. A to platíte za auto a noc 5€! Na ulici v blízkosti apartmánového domu nezaparkujete, napriek tomu, že Vám môže ubytovateľ tvrdiť niečo iné. Teda verejné parkovisko nula bodov. Kuchynka je vybavená minimalisticky! Málo riadu! Rýchlovarná kanvica ani rúra na pečenie nie je, teda si nemôžete upiecť ani pizzu. Sporák je na plyn, kuchynské nože sú tupé, riad sa rozpadáva. Za klimatizáciu sa pripláca nad rámec drahého ubytovania! Bazén je k dispozícii len do 19:00 hod. Keď sa vrátite večer z pláže, už sa neokúpete, napriek tomu, že na webe ubytovateľ uvádza iné časy. Steny a zvuková izolácia domu sú slabé, takže ak máte hlučných susedov, počujete všetko. A to nehovorím o smrade, ak niekto na balkóne alebo terase fajčí. Okná sa nedajú otvoriť na spôsob vyklápačky, sú staré drevené. Výťah stojí len na medziposchodí, takže aj tak vždy musíte ísť polposchodie hore alebo dole peši. Priestranný apartmán nebol vôbec priestranný. Spálňa malá pre 4 osoby a kuchyňa rovnako. A to sme si ešte nad rámec ponuky cez Booking.com priplatili 20 eur za noc. V posteli sa prikryjete iba plachtou, ani letné paplóny nie sú k dispozícii. Pomer kvalita a cena je katastrofálny! V budúcnosti by som si toto ubytovanie nevybral. Booking by mal s týmto ubytovacím zariadením ukončiť spoluprácu. Toto hodnotenie som musel aktualizovať po tom, ako mi majiteľka Residence Oleandro tri dni po našom odchode z ubytovania z účtu, po hodnotení, v ktorom sme tomuto ubytovaniu štedro dali 6 bodov, asi zo zlosti protiprávne stiahla 80 eur za záverečné upratovanie, napriek tomu, že sme pri odchode zaplatili všetky poplatky za služby, ktoré sme využili, vrátane ubytovania našich dvoch domácich mačiek, a vrátane 80 eur za záverečné upratovanie. Na naše otázky, prečo to urobila, ani na SMS, WhatsApp, ani na maily neodpovedala. S takýmto prístupom som sa doteraz cez Booking nestretol. Toto ubytovanie vôbec NEODPORÚČAM!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato meraviglioso! L’appartamento aveva una vista mare stupenda, era molto pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort essenziali. Le piscine sono perfette per famiglie come la nostra. Torneremmo sicuramente—grazie, Mariangela!

Totalmente recomendable

Lo que más nos gustó fue la atención de Mariangela. La cercanía a la playa es un plus. La piscina, con niños, es súper útil y cómoda. Tener un supermercado a poca distancia contribuye a facilitar la estancia.

Klimaanlagennutzung nicht im Preis. Aber für uns OK und verständlich. Parkplatz ebenfalls Aufpreispflichtig aber sehr fair. Einige Standard-utensilien könnten der Küche ergänzt werden. Einiges wurde bei Anfrage sehr freundlich zur Verfügung gestellt.

Vi trivdes!

Vi uppskattade lugnet i området och grönskan från vår balkong, som vi såg varje morgon vi vaknade. Tillgång till pool var viktigt för oss som barnfamilj. Den uppskattades av alla! Uppfattade lite miljömedvetenhet hos värden, vilket vi uppskattar.

Om något så blev vi lite förvånade av kostnaden för AC (det var kanske något jag missat i beskrivningen av boendet). Bra att vara sparsam med AC men samtidigt kom vi under sommaren, då det var varmt. Hade gärna sett att vi inte behövt betala extra för AC - men gärna information om att stänga av den eller tänka sparsamt. Det hade jag inte haft något emot.

Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich und Mariangela ist einfach ein Herzensmensch. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und kinderlieb. Die Möglichkeit Croissants, Semmeln und Brot zu bestellen ist super!

Il residence che serve per rigenerarti e ritrovarsi con voi stessi.

Nonostante che è stato un weekend organizzato all'improvviso (por parte mía e di mio marito), il fine settimana è stato da favola. Da quando siamo arrivati al residence siamo stati benissimo, accoglienza e organizzazione oltre alle mie aspettative. Sempre disponibile, cordiali e mi hanno fatto sentire a casa. Il posto con vista meravigliose del panorama di Pietra Ligure. La camera che avevamo prenotato, talmente splendida e comoda che ho potuto recuperare il sogno perso dallo stress del lavoro e della università. La colazione abbondante e buonissima con prodotti locali a km 0 che da la ricarica giusta per goderti la spiaggia. Se devo andare al mare di nuovo, tornerei di sicuro. ;)
