Detached house recently renovated and furnished as follows: 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining area adjacent to the kitchen area completely new and equipped with induction fires, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator, moreover coffee machine and toaster.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with two porches where you can eat, and a relaxation area with a solar shower, deck chairs and sun beds and a barbecue area and pizza oven.
The house is very comfortable and is about 600 m from the sea, within walking distance

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area suitable for those who want to enjoy the relaxation of the garden

Séjour à 5 (dont 1 enfant 2 ados) de 3 semaines.
Très belle maison entourée d'un jardin très reposant et frais (photos en deça de la réalité). Equipement complet et fidèle au descriptif (pas d'internet mais cela permet de couper complétement). Plage et criques (très sympas) à 15/20 min à pied (2min en voiture), Syracuse et supermarchés à 10/15 min en voiture. La localisation de la maison nous a permis de découvrir toute la partie Est de la Sicile. Voiture nécessaire.
Nous avions peur de souffrir de la chaleur (ce qui fut le cas pour certaines visites en cours de journée) mais toujours heureux de retourner à la villa pour sa fraicheur ou au pire pour sa climatisation.
Je recommande vivement cette location.
