We had a little hiccup with the power, however, it was quickly fixed and no other issues.

Very close to public transport and very easy to get aground. Staff very helpful attentive, and informative.
The room was a bit small, and if you’re a big fat person you might have trouble fitting in the elevator 🤣 also there was no common room to have a bit of a breather.

Bathroom not super clean and shower handle was broken. it was tacky that they ask you for a good review on exchange for a discount next time. Reviews should be based on the merits of the stay and your travelers are counting on that. That should be a policy booking .com sets with their contracting. They were also pretty relentless in their requests for a good review.
