They overbooked their hotel and could not accommodate our booking from days before

When we arrived to check in they said that they were fully booked after we got confirmation days before from booking and we also called on our way to the hotel in the morning from the west side of France. No refund was given for over booking and they moved us to a hotel 20 minutes away after we drove 12.5 hours to get to their hotel.

Stanza 205.La lampadina del bagno e quelle delle due lampade da lettura erano tutte e trefulminate. La copertura dello scarico del Wc non c'era.

Il prezzo è il punto di forza della struttura. Ottimo il personale e la pulizia.

Disponibilità del personale della struttura, temperatura della camera, cortesia del personale, il parcheggio privato gratuito. Il personale fà il meglio con quello che ha.

Purtroppo nel periodo del mio soggiorno alcuni ospiti hanno fatto particolarmente poca attenzione al rumore nei corridoi, la porta di accesso sbatte spesso e dopo la mezzanotte in alcuni momenti ho rimpianto la camera attaccata alle scale.

La cercanía al aeropuerto

La limpieza hasta que llegas a la habitación parece escasa, la moqueta y paredes están sucias y no da sensación de mucha hospitalidad. La habitación en sí si estaba más limpia aunque el wc estaba abierto... Mantas viejas y deterioradas. Ambiente en la zona regular. Muchos gritos de otras habitaciones que se escuchaban perfectamente. Personalmente no me volvería a alojar aquí.
