Friendly staff, comfortable room, close to the beach.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, next to the beach with your own allocated sun loungers. Nice pool area. Roof top bar is a bonus. Comprehensive breakfast.

The only down side was lack of privacy in the bathroom area of the room and our room had a balcony that offered no privacy from balconies nearby.

First vacation with 18m old - perfect

Hotel was super nice, rooms very clean, modern and equipped nicely. Very close to the beach, pool is also nice especially for small children and breakfast were delicious with lot of variety to choose from. We stayed in hotel with our 18month old in apartement and we did not miss anything. Kids club is small but we were outside all the time so it didnt bother us.

Staf could speak a bit better english but otherwise they were very nice. Only thing that annoyed me was the AC. You have a thermostat in the room but you cannot control it. Only way to control the AC on/off state was by opening balcony door. We could live with that but it would be nice if it was written in some manual somewhere that thermostat is not controllable and AC temperature is controlled by reception. So I would not spend hour trying to set it for night and trying to call a repair for it.

Great facilities, great room, helpful staff.

Our room was clean and had everything we needed and more. The spa treatments were very good and reasonable priced. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice. Loved having an allocated beach lounger. Great location near bars and restaurants.

The only thing that let it down was the jacuzzi wasn’t very good.

Fantastic and really restful

The suite was larger than expected, the hotel provided a cot for our child without being asked. We were of course concerned about the coronavirus, the Hotel provided disinfection stands, the staff all wore face masks. The hotel is quite roomy and there was no problem maintaining social distance. The guests were also fairly disciplined around mask wearing and social distance. The Masseue wore a face mask and face shield. The beach loungers are all social distanced and during the time we were there the beach was not busy. On the whole we felt safe.

Not all guests wore face masks during the lunch and dinner buffet. There were sufficient signs reminding people that a mask is required.

Es war eine schöne erholsame Urlaubswoche!

Unser Aufenthalt war jetzt Ende September daher war es angenehm ruhig und erholsam. Das Personal war sehr sympathisch und freundlich sowie hilfsbereit. Der Spa Bereich ist schön übersichtlich und wir haben unsere Zeit bei Regenwetter dort genossen. Hotel hat einen eigenen Strandabschnitt der sehr sauber war.

Un sejur și o vacanță frumoasă!

A fost totul minunat,de la personal până la prioritatea în sine.Piscinile sunt un plus pentru familie cu copii și barul cu panoramă de pe acoperiș un plus pentru adulți !

Ich bin leider sehr entäuscht von einem 5 Sterne Hotel und werde dieses leider kein 2tes mal mehr besuchen.

Das Zimmer war groß und sehr schön eingerichtet (junior suit) der ober kellner war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (schwarzer anzug)

Die Parkplätze sind zu eng und zu wenig vorhanden (Parkschäden sind hier vorprogrammiert) wir hatten einen Fall. Das Essen ist sehr Fisch lastig, für italien waren die nudelgerichte sehr entäuschend, das Buffet war ebenfalls sehr enteuschend vom geschmack bis zur auswahl und dem serviece. Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend es wird nicht oft bis garnicht nachgefüllt die Zeiten der Essensausgabe sind nicht eingehalten worden bis 11 uhr frühstück ab 9:30 gab es offt sehr viel nicht mehr. Das service personal sollte ebenfalls geschult werden. Der gast sollte seinen Tisch wenn die Service kraft etwas verschüttet nicht selber putzen müssen, nur ein sorry und papiertücher find ich nicht außreichend für 5 Sterne. Am Pool sind zu wenig Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Das Kinderprogramm am abend und untertags ist auch sehr minimalistisch gehalten.

Sehr gut

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Der Stand ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, so wie das Zentrum. Poolanlage mit Kinderpool und separaten Pool für Erwachsene. Haben mit Halbpension gebucht und uns hat’s geschmeckt. Logisch, wer denkt jeden Tag immer Pizza, Spaghetti Bolognese und Lasagne zu finden, ist fehl am Platz. Trotzdem findet man tatsächlich Pizza immer beim Frühstück. Dass es bei vollem Haus ein paar Minuten dauern kann bis nachgefüllt wird, ist auch verständlich und vor allem menschlich. Personal war auch immer nett und hilfsbereit. Bei Gelegenheit kommen wir gerne wieder kommen.

Was uns etwas gestört hat, war das Benehmen von einigen Gästen, die sich so benommen haben als ob sie seit Wochen nichts zum Essen bekommen haben.

Wir kommen seit Jahren nach Bibione und waren schon in sehr vielen Hotels, dieses ist mit Abstand eines der besten. Perfekt für Familien. Sauber, mit sehr leckerem Essen. Strand ist ein paar hundert Meter entfernt, Außenpool und Hallenschwimmbad gibt es auch.

Becsapás.

Alapvetően semmi. Becsapás volt 5 csillagos szállodának nevezni. Ez egy kisgyermekes aparthotel.

Nincs ajtó a zuhanyzóban. A WC-egy vékony üvegajtóval lehet elválasztani a nappalitól. Így az intimitás teljesen hiányzik. A reggeli alsó középosztályos 3 csillagosnál felel meg. Nincs határa a tengerparttal, sokat kell gyalogolni. Ez csak kisgyermekeseknek lehet esetleg jó, pároknak - főleg idősebb pároknak - egyáltalán nem: zajos, giccses, igénytelen. Azt alig tudták felvállalni, hogy indulás előtt jégakkut fagyasszanak a gyógyszereimhez. Hatalmas csalódás.

We hebben niet de neiging dit hotel aan anderen aan te bevelen

Kamers waren netjes. Dakterras was mooi. Vooral daar was t personeel erg vriendelijk Kamer werd schoongehouden. Opladen van de auto was mogelijk en zeker niet te duur.

Ontbijt was matig. Wij vonden het erg simpel voor een 5-sterren hotel. Daar mag je wat meer van verwachten. Tijdens 1 ochtend zelfs een schreeuwende kok die naar t personeel uitviel. Personeel bij t ontbijtbuffet was niet echt enthousiast. Barman aan t zwembad was daarentegen weer wel enorm vriendelijk. Tv werkte niet op de kamer. Airco is niet te bedienen. Gaat ‘‘s nachts aan en uit.

Privát strand, amely nem zsúfolt, hanem nagyon nyugis volt. Tetszett , hogy a szobához tartozott napágy és napernyő is. Nagyon kedves volt a személyzet, finom volt a reggeli, nagy kényelmes családi szobánk volt.

Wir können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen. Große geräumige und ruhige Zimmer. Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und alles sehr gepflegt. Essen war sehr lecker und es gab immer viel Auswahl.

Molto bello e piacevole

Eravamo già stati ospiti l’anno scorso in questa struttura alberghiera, molto bella e con concetto nuovo. Tutto curato e pulito, come le camere. Lavorando nello stesso settore abbiamo apprezzato molto la qualità del cibo e del servizio. Per fortuna quest’anno il maitre dello scorso anno non c’è più! Ottima scelta di averlo cambiato. Ci vedremmo sicuramente presto.

-a gyerekmedencében a gomba nem működött, festésre is szorul -a fürdőszobai törölközőt naponta, a strandtörölközőt viszont egész héten nem cserélték -némelyik vacsoránál lehetett volna előkészített húsfélékből nagyobb svédasztalos választék, a húsokért sorba kellett állni és a szakácsnál kérni vagy kisüttetni/elkészíttetni -az ugrálóvár napközben forróra melegszik, lehetne felé árnyékot adó fákat ültetni vagy ponyvát állítani

Sehr gut

Wir sind zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel gewesen. Auch dieses Mal hat alles gepasst vom Essen bis zu den Zimmern und zur Sauberkeit. Großer Pluspunkt dieses Jahr ist, dass das Hotel den Oberkellner gewechselt hat. Der vom letzen Jahr war eine Riesenkatastrophe! Im Gegensatz, der dieses Jahr da ist, ist sehr engagiert und professionell. Werden wieder kommen.

Große, moderne Zimmer. Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und professionell. Gute Auswahl am Buffet. Highlight war die Rooftop-Bar, kann nur jedem empfehlen einen Cocktail dort zu genießen.

Relax e divertimento in un posto solo

molto elegante, pulito e ordinato, un posto perfetto per fare una vacanza in coppia o famiglia per rilassarsi e divertirsi allo stesso momento, anche il ristorante ottimo, una menzione speciale allo staff del ristorante che è molto accogliente e ospitale. Consiglio vivamente la soluzione all-inclusive perché in questo hotel davvero non manca niente. Perfetto anche adesso ancora fuori stagione per bambini o amanti dell’acqua, vista la presenza della piscina interna riscaldata.

L’unica piccola pecca del hotel secondo me riguarda le addette delle pulizie camere, poiché passando nei corridoi guardano con aria abbastanza misteriosa e trasmettono un po di diffidenza, ad ogni modo anche loro svolgono bene il loro lavoro.
