Great place shame about the sewage smell in the bathrooms

Great beach club, great food and great staff

The bathroom had a terrible smell of ammonia because the drains were blocked, they could move us because the hotel was full.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The pool was warm like a bath, so might as well not even have a pool because you can’t swim in it.

We liked everything, the staff, the room, the bedding quality, all of it. The restaurants are also amazing. Having access to the club right on the beach is so convenient, fun, and relaxing. Even the massage was amazing. They have everything.

I would like the breakfast to start earlier as it gets dark very early and you go to bed early as well, so you wake up usually at 6:30/7:00

Nos encanta el lugar y que esté unido con el club de playa.

Excelente ubicación y todo impecable, limpio y cómodo.

Deberían tener un mejor sistema de housekeeping, pero no es tan relevante. Hacen las habitaciones hasta cierta hora y después no es posible obtener el servicio, pero no es tan importante, porque es súper limpio.

O café da manhã e o Beach club, que fica na frente do hotel.

Quartos distantes da recepção e muitas escadas para chegar ao quarto. A localização também não é das melhores, pois fica muito distante do centro de búzios.

Reserva confusa. 3 pessoas, 2 vagas de cama.

Hotel bem organizado, bom atendimento dos colaboradores, café da manhã excelente e a opção de usar o beach club.

Éramos 3 hóspedes (minha esposa, eu e minha filha de 4 anos). Havia apenas uma cama de casal e não disponibilizaram cama/berço extra para nossa filha. Disseram que, mesmo a reserva sendo para 3 pessoas, era subentendido que nossa filha dormiria na cama conosco por ser um quarto duplo. Nunca havia passado por uma situação como essa em outros hotéis. Se em quarto duplo não se disponibiliza cama extra para criança, seria melhor que não permitissem a realização da reserva então para 3 pessoas nesse tipo de quarto.

La calle donde se ubica tiene una pendiente bastante pronunciada y el cruce al Beach Club del hotel hay que hacerlo con precaucion. Lo mismo al descender de un vehiculo.
