On the canal, amazing location and helpful staff.
The walk from one building to another was easy, but could be a bit much for older folks. Easy for us.

We had beautiful apartment in Venetian style with Grand canal view, location excellent, easy pick key from 300m away.
The refrigerator was not cooling enough, safe box didn’t work - no battery.
