Coast at Middleton Point is a classic 3 bedroom beach house, updated in a contemporary style, with casual living/dining room and outdoor entertaining deck. Great location - just a short stroll to the swimming beach, Middleton Point, Tavern, bakery, general store, playground, tennis courts, bike track and popular cafe Pipi. It offers 2 queen and 2 single beds, a split system air conditioner and fans in the living area, coastal views from the main rooms and elevated back deck. Nespresso coffee machine. Complimentary sparkling water, tea and coffee. Just over an hour from the city and close to all attractions of the Fleurieu district, our holiday home offers an ideal beach getaway for couples or families. Guests are asked to supply own linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels)

This is a lovely and compact holiday house. Clean, light-filled and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessary kitchen-ware to cook for the family. There is plenty of room in and out of doors, but any more than four people might be a bit of a squeeze. The house is well positioned - a short walk to the beach, to the supermarket or to one of the cafés nearby. Great value for money! Our only disappointment was not winning the meat raffle at the Tavern - better luck next time?

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely, tidy holiday home. Sadly the weather wasn't kind and we didn't get enough opportunities to enjoy the wonderful outdoor space on this property, but we loved the vibe of the house and the surrounding town.The beach here is very seaweedy, which we don't love, but it just meant that we drove to the nearest surf beach instead of walking.The view from the home, the thoughtful host and the stay were all wonderful.
