'Middleton Swell' is a terrific family home only minutes from the beach and Middleton Point. With excellent views, the sound of the ocean and a generous amount of decking to sun yourself on, you won’t even need to be at the beach to be immersed in the holiday vibe.
The Space:
With multiple living areas and a noticeable light and happy décor, the whole family will feel comfortable, at home and be able to find their own private spot to kick back and relax after a day at the beach. A fully fenced back yard with a grassy area is an ideal place for the kids to continue to play, while the adults are being entertained with conversation, drinks and the BBQ cooking!
Downstairs has a roomy family area and a convenient kitchenette, two well-appointed bedrooms, bathroom and laundry.
Upstairs has a open plan living / dining with R/C air-conditioning, separate kitchen, access to the rear undercover balcony. Main bedroom plus bathroom and separate powder room.
Friends, family and your beach toys will be all you’ll need to have a fun filled memorable holiday at Middleton Swell.

We had a great stay at Middleton Swell. The house is spacious for all family members to have their own peace and quiet, and the yard perfect to bring our two dogs with us. Distance to beach and walk/ride paths excellent. Kitchen is really well equipped. Walking distance to dinner and drinks at the Middleton Tavern, coffee and food at the bakery. Thank you for having us.
