Location
The rooms are overrated for what they offer. I got extremely furious seeing that for cleaning the water of the a/c both the technician and the clean lady used the FACE TOWELS to cleanup the dirty form the floor the TOWELS which you use for the face and the body. That explains the fact that the towels are not clean 100% and look lift grey. This is discussing for a 5 star hotel.
