Zelo lep apartma, vsak dan čisto in odlično osebje še posebej lastnica. Lokacija odlična, blizu plaže in tudi glavne promenade.

The location is excellent, very close to the beach. The property has a beautiful garden and is situated in a quiet, peaceful area. The host was friendly and welcoming. This was our third visit, which reflects how much we generally enjoy staying here.
The toilet was not clean when we arrived, with visible urine stains underneath the toilet seat. The host mentioned it might have been rust, but regardless, it should have been checked and properly cleaned before our arrival. The kitchen also lacked some basic items, such as a bottle opener. We experienced issues with the water supply: after flushing the toilet, there was temporarily no water available at the sink for washing hands. Also generally hot water pressure in the kitchen was very low.

Close to the beach(less than 100m from beach)...good location near to center of Aspravalta but still in quite area...good hospitality
