Loved the hotel and staff! Very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and perfect for our needs. Breakfast was good. It only took a short walk to get to downtown and the bus station. My son is stationed in Vicenza and it was a great place to stay. I will be booking with them again when I come again to visit my son.
Note: after I checked out, I dropped my passport right in front of the hotel. I didn’t realize it. When the employee at the hotel realized it, they called the cops to find me on the train to come get it. Luckily, the train had not left, the cops found me, had a cab waiting and I was able to get back to the hotel to get my passport and board the next train for the airport. They went above and beyond and I am so grateful!

The staff was exceptionally helpful. The location was great for us. The price was great. We were close to the old city and yet it was in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was excellent!

Were lucky enough to have a room overlooking Vicenza's football stadium (if you like that sort of thing). The staff were great on welcoming us, the room was big and clean, while there was plenty on offer at breakfast. You can easily walk to the centre of Vicenza.
Given the heat. A fridge in the room would have been welcome.
