Alpin hotel kulinarik.
Hvězda Michelin.
Již to naznačuje výjimečný zážitek pro chuťové buňky.
Tentokrát bez Michelinskeho menu.
Zvolena polopenze. Servírované menu o 5 chodech chuťově velmi propracované. Úžasné!
Snidanovy bufet opět maximální nabídka všech možných dobrot.
Velmi útulné pokoje.

Das Tollste ist die entspannte Atmosphäre. Es geht zu jeder Zeit ruhig und gelassen zu. Wir lieben solche familiengeführten Hotels, wenn die Mitarbeiter kooperativ geführt werden. Das ist in diesem Hotel sofort spürbar.
Natürlich ließen Speis' und Trank hier keine Wünsche offen. Das war bereits auf der Webseite ausgeführt und deshalb erwartbar. Unsere Vorstellung wurde jedoch noch übertroffen. Beide Spitzenköche servierten die ein oder andere Speise persönlich und gaben gerne Auskunft. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen gut gefühlt und das Rehfleisch im Kartoffelteig werde ich auf jeden Fall demnächst mal selbst ausprobieren.
Die Ausstattung im Zimmer ist hochwertig und das Bad modern renoviert. Wir mögen Holzboden lieber als Teppich. Die Auslegware ist jedoch gepflegt.
