SJ Tour - San Juan Foz do Iguaçu

The breakfast had a lot of yummy options including many juices and breads, even warm foods like fried eggs and sausage. The location was walkable to restaurants we liked. Beds were comfortable for us. Cozy blankets were provided. The staff were very helpful and polite. When we had a malfunction in the room, they were very responsive. We appreciate that so much.

The hotel is a bit run-down in general. We were traveling in a group (three separate rooms) and everyone had an issue in their room, either leaky ceiling, malfunctioning mini-split, or leakage underneath sink & fridge. There is evidence of the beginnings of mold in the bathrooms as they lack adequate ventilation. There were stains and grime on bathroom walls and light switches since our arrival. I was able to clean the light switches with the wet wipes I had on hand. But it made me wonder how long they had been like that.

It was well coated and had great facilities. Amazing buffet breakfast and the staff were lovely.

Walls were thin so a little noisy.

We stayed only for one night. I remember the staff being realy nice and helpful and breakfast was also very good . I loved fresh fruits

The hotel is nice enough, the personal is very nice and attentive, they answer all of your questions, and the room was impeccable. Clean room, bathroom and bed. The breakfast was tasty.

My main complain is that the pool was closed two days after our check in- no warnings of any kind, no discounts on the price paid, no explanations given to the guests unless you came up front and asked. I was really expecting to relax in the pool, we changed our hotel due to this one having the pool open and out of the blue they didn't. It was really disappointing. Also and this is a personal appreciation, there are not many vegetarian options in the menu. Either on the breakfast service (most of the warm options included either chicken or ham) and in the Bar/ restaurant menu.
