Very professional and attentive staff. Pleasant neighborhood with excellent local restaurants. 5 min walk to the beach. Excellent value for money. Good 4-star hotel.

Our absolute favorite hotel in Athens!
We’ve visited Athens twice now, and both times we didn’t even think about staying anywhere else. The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming — it genuinely feels like coming home. The rooms are spotless, cozy, and perfect to relax in after a day in the city.
Parking is super easy with plenty of spaces available, and the breakfast is always a highlight for us. Everything you need is close by: supermarkets, restaurants, and of course the city of Athens itself.
We honestly wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We love this hotel and we’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

So generally hotel it was OK. Personel wa really nice and localization near to Yacht marina it's also very good. Near on hotel like 150m it's located a very good local restaurant with taste dishes and regional beer and wine :)
Bar was closed to fast. Also toilets, showers have to a little refresh. Main lights in the room should be really changing. The hotel don't have a storage for bags and equipment for sailors group, also not have a space for transport like taxi, bus etc. - but all my sugestions it's not a bib problem ;)
