L’établissement est incroyable! LA proximité des remontées en plus d’un service de navette qui permet d’y être en quelques minutes au pied des pistes. Avec des enfants c’est un service d’exception !
Le personnel de l’hôtel est juste parfait! Souriants et toujours très attentionnés! Le petit dej est parfait et tous les services de restauration sont très bons ! Rien à dire! Nous avons séjourné en mars et c’est très calme et agréable pour se reposer!

The hotel staff were in credibly friendly and helpful. I have never stayed at a hotel with such an amazing service - the reception staff, the transport people, the spa receptionist and the ski hire shop. I also broke my ankle and they let me have the room until 2pm with no extra charge (& it was a Saturday)
There was one lady on breakfast duty who was helpful but didn't ever smile and seemed miserable. I only mention it because everyone else was so friendly and smiley!
