Die Unterkunft hatte sehr viel Platz und war sehr geräumig. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war fantastisch. In der Nacht war es ruhig und alles Wichtige war innerhalb von 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

Alojamiento muy cómodo, limpio , amplio y muy bien equipado.

A few mins walk from train station, nearby supermarket and eateries. Quiet neighbourhood. Washing machine & stove but only with a pot and pan but no plates or cutlery. Direct train to airport (Nankai line).

Place is commercially run. No on site reception or staff. Technically you can leave your bags before checkin but there's no secured room. Upon keying in pass code, the unit door won't open. Message for help but staff didn't understand the problem. Had to send video of my attempts yet staff don't know. With esim, can't call them. We found a Japanese guy who happened to make deliveries and asked his help. He called the no. and it was a call center with voice response unit. After a few mins, he got through. Only some time later, we were told how to open it. This whole episode took more than an hour. The problem was wrong instructions. You only press * once not twice before entering passcode. Also, you have to key in another 4 digit shown on the door. I use digital lock for many years but this method is very unusual. This should have been highlighted in the email with the pass code. Don't expect us to read the guide for details especially after a very long day. Phone support is until 10pm only so if you arrive after that time, you have no help at all. Also, the staff is not trained well.
