Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorrragend. Unweit vom Greifswalder Bodden. Man kann von hier aus vieles unternehmen oder einfach nur zur Ruhe kommen, Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Hinter dem Haus Aufenthaltsmöglichkeit für alle Gäste. Einfach schön und gut

Die Lage ist einfach genial! Man macht Urlaub im Wald und ist gleichzeitig bei wenigen Schritten an der Ostsee.
Das Bad müsste renoviert werden!

Eine nette Ferienwohnung die schon etwss in die "Jahre" gekommen ist. Das Personal und der Vermieter sind sehr zuvor kommend und nett. Sie versuchen, die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen.Die Wäsche war sauber und roch gut. Die Küchenutensilien sind umfangreich und ausreichend. Die Grösse der Ferienwohnung ist ausreichend für 4 Personen.
Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr schlecht bzw gar nicht gelüftet, es richt teilweise muffig/schimmlig. Meine Bekannte ist Astmatiker und hat am Anfang sehr schlecht Luft bekommen, ohne Spray konnte sie z.B. im Schlafzimmer nicht übernachten. Die Liege im Wohnzimmer ist herunter gesessen und die Polster müssten mal gereinigt werden. Wir würden empfehlen, die Schränke über den Winter von den Wänden ab zurücken damit sich keine Feuchtigkeit hinter ihnen bildet.

Schöne FeWo mit guter Ausstattung, sauber und gemütlich. Schön war auch die Terrasse und der Vorgarten, ideal, wenn man einen Hund mitbringt. Nicht zu vergessen, der nette Gastgeber!
