The modernised holiday home is situated on a 500 m² separate recreational plot in a wooded area, only approx. 80 m from the beach promenade. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered seating area, TV, radio), bedroom (3 upholstered loungers), open-plan dining room with wood-burning stove, kitchenette (electric cooker, fridge and microwave), shower/WC, central heating. There is a terrace with seating area, barbecue, bicycle storage and car parking space on the property. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and energy consumption, please bring your own towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Two dogs up to a maximum height of 40 cm are allowed in this property. Lubmin is a seaside resort on the Greifswald Bodden in a beautiful forest landscape. The Hanseatic town of Greifswald is approx. 20 km away. The town has a pier with jetty, a modern sports centre, a wide sandy beach (also nudist), bicycle and pedal boat hire, various catering and retail outlets.
