The welcome from Francesca was wonderful which continued throughout our stay, we undertook a cooking course on site which was fantastic and well worth a small additional charge.
We also took advantage of the breakfast basket of homemade sour dough, jam, milk etc etc.
Location was great high on the hillside overlooking a valley, well placed for access to Florence, Sienna, Arezzo and on the edge of the Chianti region.
Also good for walking we did a walk around the mountain to a village had lunch at a trattoria and then picked up by Francesca.
Access to the farm was via a twisty road, but if you want to be in the countryside in Italy I don't think you can expect a major road to take you to the doorstep.

Il Poderaccio è un ottimo posto dove potersi rilassare e godere della pace del territorio. Tipica cascina Toscana molto ben tenuta e ristrutturata.
Casa molto pulita, ben tenuta, letto comodo, camere calde, bagno ha tutto.
Con google si arriva lì perfettamente.
Ottima accoglienza da parte di Francesca.
Forse sarebbe da migliorare l'area parcheggio, soprattutto per questo periodo invernale e piovoso. Mettere un grigliato tipo Gravel Vip riempito di ghiaia.
Consiglio di mettere qualche gancio in bagno per appendere asciugamani e/o vestiti

Francesca is so lovely. We arrived rather late on a Friday evening and wasn't able to find an open shop, as everywhere seemed to be closed. Francesca prepared a lovely little basket with fresh produce from her pantry to see us through the evening.
There wasn't anything in particular that we didn't like.
