First of all, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Mert Ali, Ms. Nehan, and the morning reception staff member whose name I unfortunately do not know. Their professionalism, kindness, and welcoming attitude made my stay truly memorable. The hotel room was exceptionally clean, fresh, and comfortable. The bed was very relaxing, and the shower had excellent water pressure. I also thoroughly enjoyed the healthy and well-prepared breakfast, which was a great start to each day. While the facilities and amenities were excellent, what impressed me the most was the staff. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine politeness exceeded my expectations and made a lasting positive impression. Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding hospitality. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was perfect, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout our stay

The rooms had no carpets and were of a normal size, not too small and not too big

An absolute gem of a location, exceptional staff specially Ali who was always helpful. Clean rooms great atmosphere. Would definetly stay here again

I think the floor would be better if carpeted or vinyled. Rooms do require some sound proofing

Location and staff were very good. It is in the middle of Beyoglu, walk distance to everywhere. Staff were very helpful and nice just cleaners were too loud it was not possible to rest during the day while they were checking the rooms, they were speaking too loud.

The bathroom is 5 steps away from the bed and there was a broken, glass window. In the bedroom there was sewer system smell constantly, which even woke us up several times, the bathroom door was not closing completely so the smell was entering inside. Also breakfast was not very good, instead they could give a good sandwich.
