I booked a room with terrace, but the small balcony was not accessible

Clean and spacious room
The entry into the hotel is very confusing. We had to call the hotel and enter through a small door into a courtyard. Not sure if this is due to construction or for security. There is also a large staircase to the lobby which meant we had to leave our luggage at the bottom. We also could not take our taxi directly to the hotel and had to walk a fair distance with our luggage as the street is very busy and crowded with people.

Amazing location, really helpful and friendly staff. Small balcony overlooking a busy shopping street, great for people watching and some evening drinks. The room was nice, clean and modern with big and comfortable bed, great big walk in shower.
