I like the view I had from the unit

I didn’t like walking in to the unit and finding it poorly cleaned

central location for our needs. Room was nice tidy

Bathroom could be updated, shower head had poor pressure.

the location was amazing sweeping views north and east and the balcony looks over the pedestrian square, pub shops and restaurants underneath - could not get a better location in The Entrance - park the car then leave it there

it was confusing whether I had to take my own linen (I didn’t need to in the end but got a message saying they weren’t being provided) also the apartment is in the building managed by the Oaks but it’s not managed by them, so they can’t help you

it had water views

the beds are very uncomfortable the bed sheets are just so old the pillows in the cupboard were so disgusting and dirty there was cockroaches everywhere the aircon outside was so rusted there was hardly any pots or pans the bathroom door doesn’t even close or lock properly the light in the bedroom doesn’t even work the washing machine was very annoying to use as you couldn’t open it all the way because of the dryer. overall the place wasn’t that clean
