About this villa rental
Large house with everything you need to enjoy your holidays with family and friends.
The property offers a living area of approximately 130 m² and accommodation for six people. The house has three bedrooms, the master bedroom with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each, and two bathrooms with showers.
The lounge has a good-sized dining table to accommodate the whole family or a group of friends where you can enjoy pleasant meals. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house has air conditioning.
In the garden you will find a pleasant covered barbecue area where you can spend great evenings with family or friends. From here you have direct access to the large swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers. If you prefer the beach, it is only 15 minutes' drive from the local beach.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge this, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)
- Pets: supplement €50.00 per animal. Pet liability insurance is mandatory.
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties not permitted.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.

Lovely villa with a spacious garden. Kitchen was very well equipped and there were lots of pool toys that the kids enjoyed playing with. We had a problem with the air con when we arrived but it was fixed the very next day. Great, peaceful villa.

Absolutely incredible! We swam in the beautiful pool every morning and night! The living room was spacious and lovely and the bedrooms were ideal! We cooked in the kitchen and enjoyed every moment! We hope you will have us back!
