I didn't like that we had no WiFi. My grandson is autistic and we need to keep in touch with his NDIS coordinator. We had no internet so we had to go to the bowling club to get important messages. My daughter rang to ask where the modum was and was told there wasn't any WiFi because we booked with a 3rd party. I didn't like that there was no air conditioning. If we'd been there the week before we would have been extremely uncomfortable without it. I didn't like the painters who were painting the handrails left drop sheets up and down the stairs. With no handrail to hang on to and drop sheets underfoot, it made it very difficult to get to our unit on the 3rd landing.

Perfect location, a stone's throw to the beach and beautiful views from balcony and from the sofa. Comfy beds and great water temperature and pressure.

Collecting and returning the keys from another location, a good 20-30 mins extra / out the way. Also, various things were not clean in the kitchen, ie cups at middle and back of cupboard, and some cutlery.
