The door code procedure and all the features of the property were explained via a phone call earlier this year by a very helpful staff member who answered the phone promptly and efficiently. The accommodation was good value for money and very clean. The beach was across the road and the shopping center about a three minute walk. Uber pick up/drop off point in front of the property. The bathroom/laundry was updated and everything in perfect working order, we also loved the garden view from the balcony, great place to read a book and sip on a wine (or two!). Great cafe just next door for the early morning cappuccino and walk. The other guests at the property were lovely, always smiling and saying hello. The pool was sparkling clean and I genuinely loved the family happy sounds and children's laughter coming from the area. We didn't use the communal bbq area but walked past all the time, again it was clean and well maintained. Our lovely hosts were extremely accommodating and went out of their way on our last day by allowing my family and I to stay a little longer with no extra surcharge as our plane had been delayed. Thank you Isabel and team for your kind assistance and understanding, you made our stay comfortable to the last minute even as there was an impending check-in and you had to re-arrange the cleaning schedule. We will definitely be back to enjoy another well earned holiday.

All the features of the property were duly noted on the booking.com website so no surprises when we arrived. The mini oven with stovetop could possibly be updated however it did it's job.

Great location, snacks and bonbon left which was lovely. Tea. Coffee pods, milk, neat and tidy place. Pool looked great. Easy communication. Cute welcome message. I will definitely stay again.

The stairs up to the unit with luggage, if you have mobility issues, this wouldn't be ideal. Thin wall/roof - neighbours above were a bit noisy. TV isn't a smart TV but wasn't a deal breaker.

A little bit tired - the clothes horse on the verandah collapsed when we went to set it up. Shower door needs attention. Vent cover missing in bathroom. But the price I suppose reflects it is an older property.
