Great location, beach & lots of restaurants walking distance. Amazing sunset views from verandah every night.
Only issue was ants in the kitchen, easily solved with some ant rid traps

Fantastic location right beside the beach, outdoor pool and cafes. Very cosy building, balcony facing sea view. Good communication with host. There was an issue with dirty balcony window, but it was quickly cleaned and resolved. Beautiful views of the sunset. The whole interior is basically Ikea furniture, so nothing fancy but functional and clean. I only had a car in the last few days of the booking and did not have a problem getting a parking in the building's parking area.
For my taste the double bed mattress was way too soft, but that a personal preference. I didnt try the two single beds. I did feel the price was a little high given the standard interior but I guess the location and balcony view is worth it.

The unit is in the heart of Scarborough. Close to the beach and restaurants.
First of all, the unit is very difficult to find. Not recommended if you are tired or it is late at night. Or if you come with large suitcases, as there are many narrow stairs. The unit itself was very average and quite dirty. Very obvious large stains on the furniture - 2 x chairs and sofa in the "lounge". The unit has potential. However, it just presents that the owners don't care - otherwise they wouldn't offer it in this state.
