This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 9 if children are included. It cannot host more than 8 adults. This applies 24/7.
Park it and walk to everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Heavenly Village is just outside your door with shopping, dining, live music, and year-round events. Ride the Gondola to the slopes in winter or explore hiking trails, zip lines, and lake views in summer. Stroll to the Tahoe Blue Event Center, Stateline Casinos, and Lakeside Marina for parasailing, paddleboarding, and boat rentals. The house needed more furniture. No dresser or closet in smallest bedroom, no dresser in 3rd bedroom, no closet in master bedroom. No chair or place to sit other than bed in basement bedroom. No extra blankets anywhere. No extra bath towels. Only 5 beach towels for 8 people. Nice location. Nice storage for food in pantry. Nice to have some spices and oils in kitchen. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Stairs up to 3rd floor hard after a day of skiing and when loading and unloading luggage. Mgmt company very clear and responsive with instructions.

The property is beautiful and the location is amazing! However, there was roof work going on 3 out if the 4 days we were there. There was loud pounding, hammering and construction workers almost our entire stay. It was hard to relax. When I notified the property management the offered a $300 credit. It was disappointing since I payed over $3,000 to stay.
