Newly built and decorated, this 3BR condo is close to everything. Less than a mile's walk to the lake or the slopes, and near downtown Stateline with its casinos and Heavenly Village, with its spectacular gondola, shops, and restaurants. This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 8, including children/infants. This applies 24/7.
The open-concept floor plan creates the perfect atmosphere for reconnection and relaxation. The spacious living area features a stone fireplace and a mounted 55" HDTV. Enjoy family competition at the shuffleboard table. Large windows let in incredible natural light.

Everything about the experience was amazing. The condo is spacious and very accommodating. The host is responsive. The checkout process is so easy. Having a private garage space is a great bonus. The walk to the gondola even with skis and boots is easily within acceptability especially with all the perks of this location.

Great location to walk to the lift, restaurants and shopping. Property was nice, roomy and clean with everything we needed for our ski trip. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for our stay in South Lake Tahoe, the property is located near the casinos, our host was very helpful and reliable, this place was amazing super clean with all of the amenities to serve my family, highly recommended!!!

Booked for a family vacation. My only 'must have' was internet as we both had work meeting Friday morning. We left a day early to beat the traffic. Upon arrival, the internet was down. We ended up having to log into our work meetings from our phones w/ spotty reception. It was not the end of the world but not what we planned for either as I was purposefully trying to head this off. Someone came the next morning, replaced the router, and it was fixed. Good that they fixed it the next day but it held us up on our first full day. Also, the downstairs heater did not work. We froze the first night. This also was not the end of the world but not ideal. Lastly, we asked for a late checkout so that we would not have to scramble in the am trying to get out. On Sunday someone texted me that they have policies that they have to adhere to. Someone did notify me that a late checkout would be ok but we were already packing up and walking out.
