Nikolas studios - A place for a wonderful holiday

Short walk distance to Golden Beach - Mera or Pefka areas, tasty&varied option for breakfast, cleaning of the rooms was daily, rooms had all the amenities we needed during our stay, location next to Palude and a lot of other tavernas. This was one of the best holidays we had so far, thank you so much for the hospitality!

Nice and clean. Good breakfast. Very close to the beach. In the area was quit, not crowded. Near there is the Palude tavern where the food is very good.

The taverns are not all day opened. Difficult to fit the programme to eat. Far from the promenade area.

Average stay. I had good expectations

Nice staff and location, good breakfast, nice terrace (but too big and useless as compared to the spacing inside).

The room we received was presented as an one bedroom apartment, but it’s just a double room with a kitchen that had bunk beds which does not make it an apartment! We were not happy and our stay was not as expected as we were 5(2 adults and 3 kids of whom one is a baby). We were thrown in some corner of the building and had to walk with the kids and all… basically, make a tour of the building to get to breakfast e.g.). As there was no other room available we had to spend our days of holiday in there… So do avoid room 12 if you are a big familiy! It’s small, the bathroom was small, no windows, awful smell most of time, plastic (unhygienic) curtains to the shower. Bad accomodation for us. The other rooms seemed very nice, we were offered the worse! Disappointing, really.

Very good, but not perfect for the money

The location is very good, close to some very good restaurants and very close to the sea. The rooms have good furniture and are clean, cleaning would come everyday. Breakfast was good with a nice variety. Beds were quite comfortable with access to electric sockets, also the AC was very cold which helped in the hotter parts of the day. We had a balcony on the first floor that was very nice.

The wifi was absolutely horrendous, when it worked it was OK, but that would only last for a couple of minutes. The main issue wasn't even the speed, which was satisfactory for doing some light browsing or even watching youtube videos/watching livestreams, however the problem was its spotiness, it would cut in and out, sometimes it would disappear completely and come back after a few minutes and work just as badly if not worse as before. We were only given 1 key, though I understand why that was: in order to not leave the AC on when leaving the premises, it was still a bit of a nussance, since some people wanted to stay in while others wanted to go out at night. In the deluxe room there was a skylight which was quite annoying in the morning/afternoon, definitely not a fan. The room seems to have been designed for 4 people as an afterthought: only 2 towel hangers in the bathroom and limited space for toiletries, very little space to store luggage.

Lovely stay, clean, comfortable, great location

We enjoyed our vacation at Nikolas Studio. We had a small apartment ( 2 bed rooms, one equipped with a small kitchenette and a bathroom). Rooms were cleaned every day, changing towels and sheets every 2 days. Location is great - 100m from Golden Beach, 1 min away from an amazing Tavern (Palude), 3 mins away from supermarket. Very quiet and relaxing. Free parking in front. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace of the cafe (a fair one, I’d say, with eggs and cold cuts, fruits and cereals, as well as fresh coffee or freshly baked goodies). Staff was friendly and kind, especially the owner who remembered how we take our coffee every morning. We also enjoyed icecream in the cafe during the hot afternoons. Recommend especially for families with kids, as everything is close and convenient.

More storage space would have been helpful. And some dishes - we had cutlery, but no plates.
